HIIT 45

High Intensity Interval Training - 45 minutes
Working for a multiple sets at high levels of heart rate for set periods of time, followed by a set of rest period, can give us an effective anaerobic and aerobic training adaptation. It also makes the workout highly metabolic.
This class is fast moving and high-energy ensuring you work-up a sweat and leave the class on an endorphin high. We incorporate bodyweight movements and functional weighted movements with the idea of nueromuscular training which will challenge all areas of your aerobic fitness and your mind. We don’t work from a template and ensure all of our conditioning classes are varied, yet focused on building great aerobic capacity and muscular endurance

AS EFFECTIVE AS ENDURANCE TRAINING BUT IN MUCH SHORTER PERIODS OF TIME.
